User reviews represent the opinions of individual users and not those of Keysight7shop. We accept no responsibility for the content of user reviews or other user-generated content. By submitting content through Keysight7shop.com, you grant us the right to publish, share, or use such content—including in advertising or with third-party partners. Please note that reviews and other submissions may be visible publicly and are not confidential.

Disputes

Any credit card chargeback is subject to a minimum $50 processing fee. This fee may be charged to the payment method used for the original purchase or added to the customer’s account balance, at our discretion.

Terms of Purchase

1. Order Confirmation & Binding Agreement
   When you place an order and it is confirmed, the listed price is locked in and a binding contract is formed between you (“the Buyer”) and Keysight7shop. Payment must be made in full under the terms specified at the time of order.

   • Approved cancellations will incur fees: 5% of the order total or $35 (whichever is greater), plus any applicable market loss.

   • Market Loss is defined as the difference between the locked-in spot price at the time of order and the spot price at the time of cancellation.

   Note: Any market gains from a cancelled order remain the property of Keysight7shop.

2. Right to Cancel Orders
   Keysight7shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders deemed suspicious, incorrect in price, high-risk, or unpaid.

3. Pricing

   • Quotes are valid for six (6) minutes due to market volatility.

   • All prices are determined solely at Keysight7shop’s discretion.

   • In the event of typographical or pricing errors, Keysight7shop may cancel or adjust an order.

4. Claims & Discrepancies
   Customers must notify us within 7 business days of receipt of any discrepancy or issue. Failure to do so waives any claim.

5. Disclaimer
   All information provided on Keysight7shop.com is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Use of the website is at your own risk. Keysight7shop provides all information “as is” without warranty of any kind.

6. Force Majeure
   Keysight7shop is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, or technical failures.

7. Order Handling

   • Orders to the same address may be combined for shipping.

   • Guest checkout orders will not appear in customer accounts.

   • All orders are subject to review and may require additional verification.

   • Delayed delivery requests will incur a $30/month storage and insurance fee.

8. Misuse of Website
   Any fraudulent or deceptive use of the website may result in order cancellations, account termination, and legal action.

9. Taxes
   Sales tax is collected based on the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for any other applicable taxes or duties outside of this jurisdiction.

10. Pre-Sale/Delayed Items
    For presale or delayed items, if a supplier fails to deliver, Keysight7shop reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
